ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Age Requirement:
Each applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age on the first scheduled day of classes. Acceptable documentation of age—such as a government-issued ID or birth certificate—is required.

  2. Educational Requirement:
Students must present evidence of one of the following:

    • A High School Diploma,

    • A General Education Equivalent Development (GED) certificate, or

    • Other acceptable documentation verifying completion of an approved post-secondary educational institution.
All documents must be valid, verifiable, and compliant with state regulations.

  3. Orientation Requirement:
All applicants must receive a formal orientation session, during which the school’s requirements, rules, regulations, academic expectations, attendance policies, and institutional procedures are thoroughly explained.

  4. Catalog Availability:
The official Student Catalog will be made available to all students no later than one week prior to enrollment, or at the time tuition payments are collected. This ensures that every incoming student has ample opportunity to review school policies and program details before beginning classes.

  5. Enrollment Agreement Requirement:
All students accepted into the program are required to complete and sign an Enrollment Agreement Form, which outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the student and the institution.

  6. Access for Denied Applicants:
Prospective students who are denied admission and wish to review their application file may submit a written request to the admissions office. Access to review the file will be granted within 24 hours of the request.
Lee Professional Institute will maintain records of all prospective students who were denied admission for a minimum of one year, in accordance with institutional and regulatory standards.
